Flexit have been tasked with taking some empty floors on the development and bringing them to the flex market. These traditional dub 5,000 floors had not been leased, so were package up as fully fitted & Managed solutions.
In order to find occupiers, Flexit furnished the offices and listed them with the flexible office specialist brokerages and agencies.
Flexit represented the landlord, handled all the negotiations and viewings.
